Pay: $32-$37/hour (W-2)
Contract: 26 weeks
We’re seeking a QC Associate II to support Quality Control operations at a biologics manufacturing site. This is not a hands-on laboratory role. Instead, you’ll support QC labs through documentation, quality records, and data management in a GMP-regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support QC laboratories by reviewing and maintaining quality documentation and records
- Transcribe paper-based stability records into digital systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Review QC data and documentation for completeness and compliance
- Maintain records within the GOtrack QC records system
- Work within LIMS and other quality systems to support QC operations
- Assist with document management activities using Veeva (preferred)
- Ensure documentation meets cGMP and quality standards
- Support biologics manufacturing through accurate record review and data management
- Partner with QC and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and data integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
- QC laboratory experience
- Strong GMP experience
- Experience working with LIMS
- Experience with GOtrack is highly preferred
- Experience with Veeva is a plus
- Experience supporting biologics products or biologics manufacturing is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience managing or reviewing quality documentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Ideal Candidate: Someone with a QC background who understands laboratory documentation and biologics data but is looking for a support role focused on quality records, compliance, and data integrity rather than bench work.
