Position Overview:
The QC In-Line Production Inspector is responsible for checking in-process quality during production. They are required to report defects using a tablet and notify the appropriate personnel.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct QC inspection and identify defects based on CG quality criteria during daily activities.
Inspect and follow-up on daily repairs from the production floor.
Communicate with operators on sewing issues.
Inform other QA team members about issues.
Follow up on the implementation and maintenance of quality standards.
Provide regular feedback to the Production and QA teams regarding garment quality performance.
Complete all other duties to support the Production and QA department’s mission.
Comply with company policies and procedures; work extra hours when needed.

About You:
Experience in the Garment Industry.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Strong knowledge of garment construction.
Proactive and accountable for assigned projects.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
Ability to prioritize, operate proactively, work as a team, and handle challenges.
Good decision-making, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to evaluate options and generate solutions.
Confident, organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment.
Working with products that include feathers.
Stand/walk during shifts up to 8 hours.
Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
Walk in and around the factory frequently.
