Movimoda Bangladesh Ltd. (Dhaka) is looking for QC Inspection Coordinator
Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitor daily inspection booking requests in the inspection system/platform
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and buyers for inspection booking confirmations and approvals
- Maintain and update QC inspection schedules in Excel and internal tracking systems
- Ensure all QC data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained
- Prepare and update QC inspection reports as required
- Communicate inspection updates and instructions through internal communication groups
- Support QC team in administrative and coordination tasks related to inspection planning
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inspection activities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Quality Inspection, Quality assurance and control, Textile and Garments
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Boutique/ Fashion
Additional Requirements
- Data entry and reporting accuracy
- Scheduling and coordination
- Communication with internal and external relevant parties
