Position: QC Inspector (Production)
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through thorough inspection and testing processes.
Duties:
– Perform detailed inspections on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
– Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify product specifications
– Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
– Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
– Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues promptly
– Implement quality management systems and procedures to maintain high-quality standards
– Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for reference
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field
– Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies
– Ability to fabricate and interpret technical drawings and specifications
– Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
– Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Excellent analytical skills to assess product quality effectively
