Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify issues, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software components.
Utilize tools such as Jenkins for continuous integration and automated testing processes.
Analyze data from test results to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with development teams using GitLab for version control and issue tracking.
Perform unit testing on new features to ensure they meet quality standards before release.
Assist in technical support by troubleshooting issues reported by users.
Participate in load testing using tools like LoadRunner to assess application performance under various conditions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
Experience
Familiarity with JSON, HTML, and AWS is preferred.
Experience or coursework related to data analysis skills is a plus.
Knowledge of iOS application testing is advantageous.
Previous experience in a technical support role is beneficial but not required.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
