Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in banking processes, including collections, finance, sales, and customer service.
Perform call audits to evaluate agent performance and provide feedback on quality standards.
Utilize QC tools such as Pareto analysis and 7QC to analyze data and provide insights for process enhancements.
Participate in call calibration sessions to ensure consistency across teams.
Identify opportunities for training and development of team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-7 years of experience in banking, collection process.
Strong understanding of banking process, collections process as a QA.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using QC tools such as Pareto analysis, 7QC, Call Audit software etc. .
Days working : 6 days working
Shifts : Rotational shifts, Rotational weekoff
