OVERVIEW:
- Ensure that the manufactured product meets all requirements
- Monitor completed documents from production, suppliers, and raw materials to ensure completeness
- Use tools and equipment specified in QMS System and conduct tests, analyzing measurements of material and products and decide their conformity / non-conformity
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
Major Responsibilities
- Compile electronic documents for 3.1 certificates
- Ensure the quality standards established by the QMS are upheld
- Inspecting and testing the material and products manufactured by the company
- Identification and handling of non-conforming products
- Monitor and ensure quality control measurement tools and equipment are in good condition
- Recommend replacement for control measurement tools or suggest investment in new equipment
- Maintain and file records of testing, other forms, and information in accordance with the QMS
- Perform test lab orders
- Other Quality duties related to cross training
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Minimum: High school diploma
- Preferably: technical degree
Experience
- Very experienced with data manipulation in Excel
- Two (2) years experience in quality in a manufacturing company
Skills & responsibilities
- Knowledge and comprehension of quality standards
- A keen eye for detail and result driven approach
- Experienced in handling quality measurement tools and equipment
