About the role:

The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products sold comply with UK and European Safety Standards and are of a quality fit for purpose. This role is responsible for gathering and organising product technical files, communicating with suppliers to obtain essential compliance documents, and completing initial assessments to address issues with vendors.

The role will involve:

Accurately gathering documentation relating to legal and policy compliance for products we sell

Supporting the QA Manager in managing ongoing changes in regulations and product compliance

Ensuring products we sell comply with UK and European Safety Standards and are of a quality fit for purpose

Completing initial assessments and addressing issues with vendors

Communicating with suppliers to gather essential compliance documents and data

To be successful for this role you will have:

Excellent Excel skills

Previous experience in data input and document management

Strong communication skills
