QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSEMBLY INSPECTOR – Chandler, AZ
General:
- Perform Final Quality Inspection:
- AOI Inspection, Visual Inspection: using a 10X ring lamp
- Mechanical Inspection: able to read blue prints, verify all dimensions noted on blue print using calipers and micrometer.
- Record keeping: shall record defect codes, pass and fail results, accurately verify all quantities.
- Verify compliance with IPC-A-610 and JSTD 001
- Solder Inspection of SMT components and thru hole components
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in the SMT Manufacturing field preferred
- 2 years experience in Quality Inspection preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ISO9001 QMS experience desired.
