This is a W2 requirement, Need independent candidates (USC/ GC), and local to CT only.
We are seeking a hands-on QA Automation Tester with strong experience in both automation and manual testing to support large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions while ensuring software quality, performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, backend, and integration testing.
- Execute manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Agile teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of QA Automation and Manual Testing experience.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans).
- Expertise in UFT (Unified Functional Testing), VBScript, or similar automation tools/languages.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise application testing.
- Knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, CI/CD, and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with .NET applications, Salesforce, SharePoint, and web services is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SOAPUI, C#, JavaScript, XML/JSON, WCF, and .NET Framework.
- Understanding of DevOps, TDD, enterprise integrations, and accessibility testing.
