Responsibilities:
Implement a quality control program for all food products.
Swabbing of production lines.
Ensure that all quality control work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that all quality control work is completed in compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Develop and maintain a quality control inventory.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quality control best practices.
Knowledge of GMP
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of swabbing for pathogens
Monday-Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm
