Talentmark is looking for a QA Director for our client, an international corporate organization active in pharmaceuticals, medtech and food. In this key function, you’ll oversee quality systems at a major logistics hub, ensuring regulatory compliance in storage and distribution. You are part of the site’s management team.
Your main responsibilities are:
– Lead the QA team and manage the site’s quality.
– Handle audits (internal/external), supplier qualification, and CAPA processes.
– Approve quality documentation and investigate deviations.
– Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the QA function.
– Collaborate across departments and geographies to ensure quality at every step.
You bring to the table:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Food.
– Signifcant numbers of years of experience in QA in distribution or logistics, preferably in pharma, food or medtech.
– Several years in a leadership role.
– Strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory standards, and quality systems.
– Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
This concerns a full-time office based role. Homebased working is possible for 1 day per week.
The remuneration package consists of amongst others a gross annual salary of €100,000-€140,000, a peformance related bonus and a lease car.
