Key Responsibilities:
Contribute towards QA engineering best practices across the Engineering function.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Vendor teams to ensure high-quality digital banking experiences.
Design, create, and execute well-structured manual and automated test suites for applications under your care.
Actively contribute to test documentation (Test Plan, Test Cases, Issue List).
Advocate for test automation adoption, aligning with the established test strategy.
Develop and maintain documentation for automated testing tools.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of in-house testing tools and related source code.
Design, evaluate, and communicate test solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documented test steps and test results.
Perform functional, regression, integration and performance test.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
Strong knowledge of software testing design and methodologies.
Familiarity with standard testing techniques and automation frameworks/tools such as Karate API, RobotFramework, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Experience in exploratory testing and regression testing.
Hands-on experience in API testing and automated API testing.
Experience in mobile application testing across Android and iOS.
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodology or a lean startup approach to software development.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment handling multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in manual and automated testing covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
