Your Role
Do you want to be part of building the world’s most spectacular yachts? As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure excellence in every step of the yacht-building process. You will audit operational procedures, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize workflows, mitigate risks, and uphold the highest standards.
Your Challenges
Quality Assurance & Audits
Ensure adherence to standards and procedures within projects and clusters.
Monitor cost estimation, budgeting, manpower planning, and risk/change management.
Analyze audit findings and provide improvement recommendations.
Identify both project-specific and structural non-compliance issues.
Spot opportunities for optimization within the organization and its stakeholders.
Implement corrective actions and ensure timely follow-up.
Process Optimization & Compliance
Maintain and improve procedural templates and standards.
Review and approve new procedures for compliance and efficiency.
Educate and challenge teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and cost awareness.
Reporting & Representation
Provide clear, structured reporting on audit findings and key performance indicators.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal guidelines.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5+ years of experience in a technical environment.
Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 45001) with supplier audit experience.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a helicopter view.
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint 365.
