Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Company: Readlens
Location: Nigeria
About Readlens:

Role Description:
We’re looking for an Associate QA Engineer to join us at Readlens.
This opportunity is not for complete beginners. We’re looking for someone who already understands software testing, has a keen eye for detail, and wants hands-on experience testing a real product used by real people.
What you’ll do:
- Test new features across our web and mobile products.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Help improve our QA processes and release quality.
- Contribute to both manual testing and, where possible, test automation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands software testing fundamentals and bug reporting.
- Has experience testing applications through coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional work.
- Is detail-oriented and enjoys breaking things to make them better.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates well with developers.
A quick note:
Readlens is an early-stage idea, so this internship is currently unpaid. We believe in being transparent about that.
We’re looking for someone who wants meaningful, real-world QA experience while helping us build a product we’re proud of. As Readlens secures funding or begins generating sustainable revenue, we intend to transition high-performing interns into paid roles.
Remote (Nigeria)
Interested? Send us your CV: forms.gle/wSwn6FzBTuVmRCvNA and tell us about a product you’ve tested, a bug you’ve uncovered, or a QA project you’re proud of. We’d love to hear from you.
