What’s the Gig? 

As our Quality Assurance Executive, you’ll be our information detective! Here’s a glimpse into your future role: 

 

Ensuring the accuracy of information and the proper verification process are followed. 

Work diligently to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the Quality Assurance department monthly. 

Liaise with Division Heads to address and rectify issues related to the rejection of reports and necessary corrective actions are taken to enhance overall report quality. 

Review and validate reports to ensure their accuracy and relevance of the information updated. 

Provide weekly updates regarding output for the overall department. 

Contribute innovative solutions and recommendations to enhance the quality assurance process. 

Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 

 

Job Requirements 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 

Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
