About the Rol
eWe are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Laboratory Manager to lead our Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Laboratory functions at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent product quality through effective quality management systems, laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality performance, optimize laboratory processes, and build a high-performing team that supports operational excellence and business growth

Qualificati
- onsBachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Animal Science, Fisheries, Agricultural Technology, or other related fiel
- ds.Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Laboratory within the Food & Beverage, Pet Food, Feedmill, Pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing indust
- ry.Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading QA, QC, or Laboratory tea
- ms.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and quality assurance methodologi
