Pay Rates:
• T4 – $50.81
• INC – $58.19
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle including planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, test documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements
- Support delivery across TSYS platform initiatives and payment-related projects
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on TSYS experience (TS2 required) including:
- Green screen
- Data conditioning
- TSYS Rewards
- Experience with pricing and interest-related TSYS projects, including:
- Disclosure group changes
- Fee updates
- Pricing updates
- Proven experience leading end-to-end credit card product launches
- Background in payments/card domain
- Experience with:
- Card generation
- Statements, letters, and customer communications
- Digital wallets and tokenization
- Familiarity with FICO TRIAD / TRIAD Customer Manager
- Experience with mainframe file handling
- Hands-on experience in test automation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
