About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Lead to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The role focuses on testing, defect management, requirement validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure software changes meet business requirements and are ready for production release.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Perform manual testing, defect validation, re-testing, and ensure software quality before production release.
- Log, track, and collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide testing status updates, and highlight risks or issues.
- Contribute to QA process improvement, documentation, UAT support, and testing efficiency initiatives.
Required skills:
- Strong experience in QA Lead / Test Lead / QA Management or Software QA environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology and experience in software development environments.
- Hands-on experience in manual & automation testing, regression testing, integration testing, defect management, and QA documentation.
- Familiarity with QA tools, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good planning, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
