We are now looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about quality, precision manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
As part of our Product Development & Manufacturing team, you will work closely with design engineers, CNC operators, and suppliers to ensure our products meet the highest standards from initial concept to final delivery. You will play a key role in quality assurance, inspection, measurement, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, or quality control is highly valued.
✅ Experience with CNC machining, CMM programming, precision manufacturing, or ISO 9001 environments is considered a strong advantage.
✅ A personal interest in shooting sports, hunting, or weapon systems is also beneficial.
