Job Description:
- Clearly understand and articulate the business or the technical problems that the product or AUT (application under test) is intended to solve.
- Break down complex functional and technical requirements into simple requirements that the test team can easily comprehend.
- Define the project-specific testing strategy and test plan/test schedule.
- Own the complete delivery of Quality for the assigned projects/team.
- Review and practice all the guidelines mentioned in the 10XE Test Strategy Doc.
- Contribute hands-on billable work up to ~70% of the total effort.
- Have access to all the systems of the project to test every component effectively.
- Own/drive/coordinate testing across multiple testing phases such as Component, Integration, User Acceptance, and Production.
- Understand and resolve all dependencies proactively before the start of the testing phase.
- Have problem-solving skills and should be able to work independently without monitoring.
- Proficient in any 1 Test Automation tool or technology.
- Experience in Scrum, test and defect management life cycle, and any Test Management tool.
- Team player, effective communicator, transparent, and able to perform under pressure.
