We opened our flagship Bakery in Piccadilly Circus in Christmas 2016 to huge acclaim and fantastic reviews, now we continue our expansion in London.
What You’ll Do
Be the quality champion on the night shift – making sure food hygiene, documentation, and compliance are on point.
Support, coach and motivate team members to uphold high standards.
Lead on HACCP and Food Safety Level 3+ practices.
Own the night when it comes to quality assurance across a busy, end-to-end production line.
Keep your eyes sharp – spotting, solving and preventing issues before they happen.
Work closely with production teams to ensure everything we do is up to scratch and beyond.
The Essentials
3+ years in QA within the food industry
Food Safety and HACCP Level 3 or higher
Experience with SALSA/BRC or similar accreditations
Great with both manual and system-based documentation
Strong communicator, coach, and problem-solver
Comfortable working independently during quiet hours-but still knows how to build team spirit
