Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing effective quality management systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve product quality while maintaining adherence to HACCP and CGMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
Lead and conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems that support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with project management teams to fabricate and analyze products, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze data related to product quality and performance.
Provide training and guidance on quality assurance practices to team members and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings from audits, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Act as a liaison between production teams and management regarding quality-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
