About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA department in our sweater factory. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities and in-depth technical knowledge of sweater production quality standards. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the sweater quality department, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, is required..
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all QA activities within the sweater production process.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for quality compliance.
Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Train and supervise QA inspectors and line checkers.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate QA documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a sweater factory.
Strong knowledge of sweater construction, yarn types, and knitting techniques.
Familiarity with AQL standards and international buyer compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
