We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help us elevate our operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily maintenance schedules and assign tasks to workers
• Ensure workers follow proper cleaning and chemical treatment procedures
• Conduct on-site quality control checks to verify service completion
• Communicate with clients for scheduling, feedback, and support
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and concerns
• Prepare service quotations in both Arabic and English
• Draft and manage maintenance contracts for clients
• Follow up on service quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate daily service reports and logs
• Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or quality control (experience in pool maintenance is a plus)
• Good computer and document-handling skills (Word, Excel, PDF)
• Experience in writing business emails and documents
• Reliable, responsible, and able to handle pressure
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
