Key Technical Skills:
Resource Requirement:
• +8 years of experience in QA and mobile & Web application testing
• Solid experience in working with QA Governance model, quality assurance process
• Familiar with IT SDLC is preferred
• Self-motivated, well-organized with good analytical skill
• Experience with Azure Services, such as Logic App, ADF, and Databricks, may be preferred.
• Experience on Performance Testing with both Front-End and API’s using Jmeter or Blaze Meter tools.
• Good knowledge in API Testing methodologies and tools with hands on experience in Postman.
• Experience with analyzing and reporting the performance of CPU and Memory bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated experience in test planning for complex features/systems.
• Flexible and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience working with popular operating systems including Windows and Linux.
• Ability to collate data and compile test reports.
• Ability to design and write complex software testing procedures.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Define and establish quality standards and procedures for cloud migration.
• Oversee the testing process to ensure all aspects of the cloud migration are thoroughly tested.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks related to quality.
• Monitor and report on the project's quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on QA best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the project is adhering to the established QA strategy.
• Continuously improve the QA process based on project feedback and industry trends.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese Chinese
Responsibilities
- Base on defined Quality Governance Model to assess the healthiness of a project from initiation to project closure across the entire project life cycle in term of the quality of deliverables and task execution
- Define Quality Assurance Framework to ensure the quality of software development life cycle for all strategy projects.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and security standard defined by Security Team
- Developing policies for the quality management system.
- Serving on committees responsible for developing and implementing strategies.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs.
- Preparing reports about current and future trends.
- Conducting research into emerging technologies.
- Working with outside consultants; and negotiates the implementation strategy and quotation.
- Help develop marketing strategies designed to increase the success rate of the implementation with quality
- Agile development experience with team member accountability for commitment and delivery each sprint.
- Work with Product owners and IT stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, deliver solutions through environments and into production.
- Lead and provide estimates, formalize release plans, and implementation schedules/dependencies.
- Communicate implementation issues, delays, and mitigation plans.
- Innovate to improve future processes and deployments.
- Interface and communicate with project team, management, and stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and support less experienced team members.
- Manage external contracts and suppliers where required.
- Work within defined build, deployment, and governance processes.
