Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Transformer QA Manager / Engineer to lead quality assurance and transformer testing operations within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently perform routine, type, and special transformer tests.
• Conduct Temperature Rise Tests and Acoustic Tests.
• Establish and optimize transformer testing stations.
• Select, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards and customer specifications.
• Lead quality inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
• Prepare technical reports and quality documentation.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in transformer testing and quality assurance.
✔ Strong knowledge of IEC 60076 standards.
✔ Experience with transformer testing facilities and FAT procedures.
Compensation
💰 QAR 13,000 – 15,000 per month
