POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for receiving materials, inspecting products, coordinating shipping, and ensuring accurate material and product flow throughout the facility. Ensures incoming and finished products meet requirements and are properly documented, stored, and shipped.
General
· Maintain accurate material and product flow.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Follow company quality and safety procedures.
· Support inventory accuracy and 5S.
· Support continuous improvement activities
Receiving
· Receive and verify incoming materials including resharpening orders
· Match quantities and part numbers to purchase orders.
· Inspect materials for damage and identification.
· Process receipts in the company systems.
· Label, route, and store materials.
· Identify and segregate nonconforming material.
· Report receiving discrepancies.
Quality
· Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished blades.
· Verify dimensions, specifications, and tooth geometry.
· Inspect carbide tips, brazing, grinding, and workmanship.
· Perform first-piece and final inspections.
· Use and maintain inspection equipment.
· Record inspection results.
· Identify and document nonconforming material.
· Release conforming product for shipment.
Shipping
· Coordinate daily shipments and priorities.
· Verify part numbers, quantities, and Quality release.
· Prepare shipping documentation.
· Process shipments through company systems.
· Schedule carriers and expedited shipments.
· Package blades to prevent damage.
· Perform the final shipment verification.
· Track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
· Process returns and maintains shipping supplies.
Work Schedule Mon – Fri, 40 Hours plus Overtime as Required

Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
