Role Description
As a Quality Assurance Manager at GROWiT, you will ensure the highest standards of quality across products and processes. You will oversee quality control operations, implement quality assurance systems, identify and address defects, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Additional responsibilities include leading quality audits, enhancing processes to improve product efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in quality control and assurance processes, including conducting audits and implementing quality standards
- Strong skills in process improvement and defect prevention
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively
- Proficiency with tools and methodologies for quality assessment
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in manufacturing or agricultural sectors is an advantage
