We are a leading organization in the advanced manufacturing sector, renowned for our high-performance products and innovative solutions. Our facility plays a critical role in supporting key industry sectors. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to lead our Quality Department and ensure adherence to internal standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership: Oversee the Quality Department, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Quality Testing, First Article Inspection Reports, and management of measuring/testing equipment and calibration.
Team Management: Establish departmental goals, conduct performance reviews, manage salary plans, and maintain a thorough understanding of the Quality Management System (QMS) and customer specifications.
Audit Coordination: Supervise customer audits, third-party audits, and internal audits. Manage nonconforming materials, inspector certifications, returned goods, and corrective actions using the 8D problem-solving system.
Group Quality Interface: Collaborate with Group Quality on QT-13 audits, NCC reporting, TER database management, and maintenance of the Qd database.
Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) systems; validate processes and provide necessary documentation.
Customer Interaction: Maintain strong customer relations and demonstrate exceptional people skills.
QMS Representation: Serve as the designated management representative of the QMS, ensuring industry standard compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Drive customer satisfaction results and lead ongoing improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master’s Degree in Business preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant quality managerial experience desired; equivalent education and experience considered.
Skills: Highly motivated, team-oriented, and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in quality systems and computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
