I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading global medical device manufacturer to recruit an experienced Quality Control Manager for their Longford facility.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class manufacturing site, leading the Quality function and driving a culture of "Right First Time", continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading and developing the Quality Engineering and Inspection teams
✅ Driving continuous improvement across the Quality Management System (QMS)
✅ Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, cGMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
✅ Leading customer audits, regulatory inspections and CAPA activities
✅ Partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to deliver quality improvements
We're looking for:
✔️ Quality leadership experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
✔️ Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, cGMP and FDA regulations
✔️ Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
✔️ A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
