Our client is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to champion compliance, streamline processes, and lead a small but dedicated team.
Your Mission:
Guarantee adherence to all regulations and internal standards.
Manage end-to-end quality control and assurance.
Maintain and improve Quality Management and HACCP systems.
Analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead audit preparation and resolution.
Mentor and develop the QA team.
Your Expertise:
3+ years in QC management.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (BRC experience a plus!).
Proven audit and process improvement skills.
Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or similar.
