I’m currently working with a top university on the search for a Quality Assurance Manager.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance program that ensures the quality of our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as experience in leading and managing a team within the Higher Education sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a quality assurance program that ensures the quality of our products and services
MUST have Higher Education experience.
Team Management.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals
Identify and resolve quality issues
Develop and implement training programs on quality assurance
