Introduction:
We are looking for a QA Manager with experience in quality and environmental management
systems, responsible for ensuring the maintenance, improvement and compliance with the
company's quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. In
addition, it will dedicate approximately 25% of its time to the coordination of Occupational
Risk Prevention (PRL) activities, acting as an internal interlocutor with the External Prevention
Service and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The selected person must promote continuous improvement, coordinate internal and external
audits, ensure documentary compliance with management systems and promote a culture of
quality, environment and prevention throughout the organisation.

Requirements
Education:
Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Master’s degree in Quality, Environment, Integrated Management Systems or
Occupational Health & Safety is desirable.
Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Experience managing Integrated Management System documentation.
Knowledge of environmental and occupational health & safety legislation.
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor certification is desirable).
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Experience working with ERP systems and document management tools.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as an emplacement and similar functions

Responsibilities:
Quality & Environment (approx. 75%)
Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO
9001 and ISO 14001.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external certification audits.
Manage corrective, preventive and continuous improvement actions.
Analyze quality and environmental KPIs and propose action plans.
Manage internal quality issues and customer complaints when required.
Prepare, review and keep all system documentation up to date.
Coordinate non-conformity management and follow-up actions.
Drive continuous improvement and process standardization projects.
Train and raise awareness among employees in quality and environmental matters.
Coordinate Management Reviews.
Monitor compliance with plant procedures.
Occupational Health & Safety (approx. 25%)
Act as the liaison with the External Prevention Service.
Coordinate the annual prevention plan.
Follow up preventive actions arising from risk assessments.
Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety documentation.
Organize mandatory health and safety training.
Coordinate medical examinations and PPE distribution.
Participate in accident and incident investigations.
Monitor compliance with preventive measures on site.
Support Contractor Coordination (CAE).
Promote a safety culture throughout the organization.
