Are you passionate about quality management and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in Copenhagen!
In this role, you’ll be at the core of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that key processes run smoothly while providing structure, oversight, and support across the organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience with essential quality processes, deepen your knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and gradually take on more complex projects as part of our multidisciplinary team of specialists.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Quality Management System Oversight – Maintain and improve our D4 QMS, ensuring it aligns with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Audits & Inspections – Support internal and external audits, assisting in preparation, coordination, and follow-up. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into a lead auditor role.
Documentation & Records – Oversee and maintain essential quality documentation, including supplier lists, equipment databases, and contract archives.
Training Compliance – Monitor training progress across the organization, ensuring staff meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Non-Conformance & CAPA Support – Conduct trend analysis, escalate issues, and contribute to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Privacy & Data Protection – Work closely with our privacy protection team to ensure GDPR compliance and safeguard data integrity.
Who You Are:
✔️ Educational Background – master’s degree in biology, chemistry, healthcare, or a related field.
✔️ Passionate About Quality – Interest in quality management, regulatory processes, and data protection.
✔️ Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong analytical skills with a structured and proactive mindset.
✔️ Great Communicator – Ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
✔️ Tech-Savvy – Strong IT skills with an understanding of systems and databases. Experience with HTML coding and statistics is a plus!
✔️ Experience in QA? Great! But new graduates are also welcome if they’re eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.
✔️ Languages – Fluency in English is required. Danish is highly desirable, and German or Dutch is a plus!
