Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Vietnam. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures across power engineering, EPC, and related projects. Daily activities include conducting inspections, verifying compliance with technical standards and project specifications, supporting quality audits, and documenting non-conformities and corrective actions. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineering teams, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality performance and continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. The QA/QC Engineer will also contribute to maintaining quality management systems, preparing quality reports, and supporting training and awareness on quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with experience applying QA/QC procedures in engineering or construction projects.
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing and Quality Management, including implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and standards.
- Strong Inspection capabilities, including technical inspections, documentation review, and verification of compliance with codes and specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil) or a related technical field.
- Experience in power generation, EPC projects, or large industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO-based systems and industry-specific requirements).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to use standard office and quality-related software tools for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
