As the Quality Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring product excellence and reliability in a facility where innovation and craftsmanship intersect. You’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for upholding our quality standards across incoming inspection, in process testing, and document control. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in printed circuit boards and quality systems will directly influence product outcomes, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time, benefitted, position working Monday through Friday onsite in the manufacturing facility. An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of the business. Join us and help shape the future of innovation at Valcom!
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Printed circuit board experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector.
Solidworks or Polyworks software experience.
