The Quality Assurance Specialist will efficiently and effectively perform detailed tasks related to monitoring and implementing Quality Assurance programs and systems in Jollibee Worldwide Services Logistics distribution operations and the Incoming Inspection laboratory to support providing services and products that consistently meet food safety and quality standards.
- Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in monitoring the detailed activities of the overall quality assurance and food safety programs of Jollibee Worldwide Services Logistics in North / South Luzon operations.
- Conducts and performs RQI and MEMO processing in JWSL and managed sites.
- Evaluates specimens of customer feedback (store-related feedback) and investigates as necessary.
- Analyze results of inspection and testing and results of audits (GLP / GWP, process and QMS) and recommend actions to be taken. Prepare periodic status reports as needed.
- Coordinates and liaises with regulatory requirements about product movements, sampling, and other regulatory requirements of FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, and LGU.
- Assists/conducts process improvement projects and alternative processes related to quality assurance, inspection, logistics, and distribution.
- Assists/conducts warehouse and depot accreditation.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Chemical Engineering, and other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management System (QMS), Laboratory, Inbound and Outbound, and Documentation.
- Must be familiar with GWP / GDP, GLP, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 standards, and statistics.
- Willing to be assigned in Bicutan, Paranaque.
