As part of our evolving QA organization, you'll be more than a tester, you'll be a quality owner, actively involved throughout the development lifecycle, from feature planning to production release. This role is part of a broader transformation of our engineering processes, with stronger QA involvement in planning, release quality, and the expansion of test automation.
You'll help shape our QA strategy while ensuring that every release meets the highest standards before reaching our users.
What You'll Do
• Define and plan comprehensive test strategies for new features and releases.
• Design and execute functional, UI, regression, integration, sanity, log, and cross-platform testing.
• Participate in product requirement discussions, sprint planning, and feature design to ensure quality is built into the process from the start.
• Manage QA activities throughout the sprint to ensure high-quality releases delivered on time.
• Test both editorial and customer-facing platforms across browsers, mobile devices, and applications.
• Drive the definition of automation testing scope and contribute to building and maintaining automated test solutions for regression and production monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Scrum teams to continuously improve release quality.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software QA, including test planning and execution.
• Strong experience testing web and mobile applications, with an emphasis on UI and user experience.
• Proficiency with DevTools (Network, Console, Elements, Mobile Device Mode, etc).
• Familiarity with API testing (Swagger and/or Postman).
• Databases competency in SQL, or preferably MongoDB.
• Ability to analyze server logs for debugging and traceability.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, fast learner, and highly results-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing QA automation strategies.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing automated tests.
• Familiarity with automated regression testing and production monitoring.
