Zwicker is presently seeking a Manager of Project Management to join our team. The Manager of Project Management / Quality Control is responsible for ensuring the quality of software developed by the programming team and managing the ticket system (KACE). This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to meet strict deadlines and maintain compliance with industry regulations

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$94,000 per year.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the quality control team in verifying that programs meet business and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain testing procedures to ensure software accuracy and reliability.
Work closely with the programming team to identify and resolve defects before deployment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure the requirements are clear
Monitor incoming tickets and make sure they are complete and the request is clear
Keep track of the Change Control log
Ensure the company guidelines regarding ticket handling are followed
Manage and mentor a team of quality control professionals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and client services.
Provide regular reports on processing performance and quality assurance metrics.
Lead initiatives to improve overall quality control efficiency.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in quality control with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies.
Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office programs, and data quality control tools is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, both, verbal and writing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the collections, finance, or legal industry.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation tools.
Knowledge of KACE
Knowledge of Jira

Physical Qualifications

Be able to lift five pounds or greater
Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
