Job Description:
Functional leadership to disperse teams providing a wide range of cloud, cybersecurity, business analytics, program analytics, SharePoint, communications, and UI Designer/Usability Human Factor Engineer support services to a national security client.
Requirements:
U.S Citizenship required
This role is fully onsite (5days / week) in Washington DC
Current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI / CI Poly
Qualifications and Experience:
BA Degree or higher in IT preferred
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
Strong infrastructure experience and expertise
Cloud experience, hybrid preferred
Experience in all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working in an agile and/or DevSecOps environment
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for cloud, cybersecurity, and business analytics platform
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for testing cloud infrastructure, security features, and analytics tools
Conduct manual testing for SharePoint, communications tools, and UI/UX to ensure usability and functionality.
Identify, track, and report defects
Develop and review test cases and scenarios to ensure compliance with business analytics requirements and UI/UX design standards
Perform performance, security, and load testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cloud engineers, cybersecurity experts, business analysts) to align testing with project goals
Provide mentorship to junior staff
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience in mentoring junior staff and/or staff not experienced with methodology, documentation, or project delivery
Excellent active listening skills
Cogent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, executive leadership, senior management, users, vendors and subcontractor personnel
Rich history of creating and adapting organizational plans
Ability to analyze problems and determine root cause, generating alternatives, evaluating, and selecting alternatives and implementing solutions
