Overview
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Analyst is responsible for providing support across all existing Quality applications. This role will be exposed to a variety of areas within the Quality department, as well as the ability to gather and report BIQ data.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Creation of checklist slides.
BIQ data collection.
Charting for scorecard and governance packages.
Ensure proper distribution of BIQ data.
Checklist monitoring and updating based on escapes and upcoming orders.
Monitor JDE for duplicate tests and correct as necessary.
Add/remove checklist to JDE w/ linked slides.
Maintain and update Checklists as required.
Issue Quality alerts.
Monitor WISQR and IWR.
Tracking device association monitoring and troubleshooting prior to completion and ensure serial numbers are in the system properly.
Issue, track and monitor status of vendor CARS.
Organize and file ProTorq nut pictures and reconcile to trailers produced.
Organize and file final inspection pictures as needed.
Monitor component serial number tracking and provide feedback to causal area.
Assist Manufacturing with defect data.
Create quality standard work.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 1-3+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and training
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel.
Excellent analytical skills; Ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
Solid ability in identifying and resolving problems in a timely, effective manner.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Travel: Travel as needed.
