Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA)

We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer who is detail-oriented, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate OTT applications across:
- Web
- Android & iOS
- Android TV
- Apple TV (tvOS)
- Samsung Tizen
- LG webOS
- Roku
- Fire TV
- VIDAA
- Set-Top Boxes (STBs)
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate analytics integrations
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira and Asana
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation.
- Support production deployments and post-release verification.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience testing OTT, IPTV, streaming, or media platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Slack, TestRail, or similar QA tools.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing.
- Understanding of video streaming technologies and content delivery networks
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Understanding of DRM licensing workflows.
- Experience validating subtitles, captions, multiple audio tracks, and multilingual content.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
