Quality & Compliance Manager | Biopharmaceutical | Dublin | up to €90,000
Are you an experienced Quality & Compliance professional looking to take the next step in your career? A leading global service provider is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead quality assurance operations for a key client in the Biopharmaceutical sector.
As a Quality & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) across 2 main sites in Ireland for a large Biopharmaceutical manufacturer. You will lead a team of quality professionals, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations, industry standards, and client requirements. In addition to this, your expertise will support the successful execution of quality initiatives, audits, and vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of the Quality & Compliance team
Oversee audit readiness, including internal, client, and external regulatory inspections
Manage the training and qualification of employees to ensure competency in their roles
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System
Negotiate and oversee Quality Agreements with vendors and service providers
Investigate quality deviations, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and support root cause analysis
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of relevant experience within Quality Assurance & Compliance within the Scientific industry
Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, GxP regulations, and industry best practices
Experience leading audits, compliance programs, and vendor qualification processes
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with travel across 2 main sites (Dublin & Co. Mayo)
