This full-time on-site role involves working closely with Applications Engineering during the proposal phase, aiming to achieve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and manage risk effectively. You will utilize methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to champion continuous improvement, tackle quality assurance, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, you will streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to embed customer quality requirements into proposals
• Develop OEE and cycle time metrics for customer needs
• Participate in RFQ review meetings with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate technical project risks
• Lead change management initiatives for process adoption
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of quality assurance experience
• Proficient in quality management systems and audits
• Strong data gathering and analysis skills
• Familiar with GAMP and N299 standards
