QA Specialist- Payee Services

Responsibilities may include:
Completing the final review of bank reconciliations
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation for individuals served
Review of financial packets for individuals Served
Ensuring bills for individuals served are paid timely and are documented accurately
Direct Communication with Payeeship Specialists, Lead Payeeship Specialist, and Payee Manager
Requirements for this position include:
Four-year degree in accounting, social services or human services is preferred.
A high school Diploma + 3 years of Accounting or Developmental Disabilities can be Substituted for a degree
Knowledge of Social Security and Medicaid Waiver System is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Services
Experience working in Microsoft products, such as Excel and Word.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Driving Record must allow candidate to be covered by the agency’s insurance policy
