Job Responsibilities:
Conduct internal quality controls to ensure established quality procedures and norms are followed.
Perform technical and/or complex quality analysis and tests/inspections of a quality control program.
Recommend necessary quality procedure changes.
Monitor and record inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms.
Record and analyze customer claims and prepare reports on rejected or defective products.
Assist in the development of new methods and procedures.
Train junior and inter staff.
Role typically requires 5 years of experience.
