Be our quality guardian! As the final inspector, you’ll ensure every unit meets our “move-in ready” standards. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction and team accountability.
Daily Workflow:
✔ Conduct Final Walkthroughs with Property Manager
✔ Fix Minor Issues On-Spot (re-wipe surfaces, adjust placements, etc.)
✔ Escalate Major Deficiencies to Project Management for re-cleaning
✔ Digital Documentation:
Timestamped photos of every unit
Checklist completion via mobile app
Same-day reporting
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Reliable Vehicle + Driver’s License (Daily local travel required)
✔ Physical Ability to correct minor issues (bending, light cleaning)
✔ Killer Attention to Detail – You notice what others miss
✔ Tech Comfort with smartphone reporting apps
✔ Availability for full project dates + July 11 training
✔ Pass background check
(Bonus: Previous cleaning inspection or property management experience)
Key Details:
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Payment: $1,600 paid by August 22 (NET14 terms)
Typical Day: 4-6 hours inspecting 15-20 units
Training Day: July 11 (Learn checklists, reporting tools, and correction protocols)
Inspection Period: July 21 – August 8, 2025 (Must be available all days)
Performance Bonus: Top inspectors may receive future project offers
