Prachinburi Position– must be able to live in Prachinburi full time, commute to Bangkok will be provided every other weekend by the company.

The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of new silicon-based materials such as functional silanes and nano-silicon materials. One of the leading industrial scale enterprises. The products are widely used in automobiles, rubber products, construction, medicine and medical treatment and other industries, and are specialized and special new enterprises, high-tech enterprises, and manufacturing single champion demonstration enterprises in Jiangxi Province. The registered capital of the company is NT$1.5 billion. The headquarter is located in Jingdezhen, the Millennium Porcelain Capital. Hungpai New Materials (Thailand) is its sister company, with a factory headquartered in 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi province, Thailand.

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the quality management system and ensuring its operational effectiveness; control and prevent product quality issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Develop the company's product quality assurance plan fo

r the product realization process; organize implementation upon leadership approval.

2.    Organize inspections and supervision of product standard execution; promote and enhance the company's overall quality awareness.

3.    Organize supplier quality control and supervise/confirm rectification of quality issues.

4.    Organize quality incident analysis; verify closure of corrective and preventive actions.

5.    Review quality data analysis from all departments and workshops; supervise continuous improvement.

6.    Organize management reviews and internal audits; track and confirm corrective actions for non-conformances.

7.    Organize external audits based on customer audit requirements; track and confirm corrective actions for non-conformances.

8.    Plan process and product audits; develop audit plans; arrange audits; track corrective actions.

9.    Track and improve quality target achievement.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's or associate degree or above in chemistry or a related field; understanding of chemical processes and management; 2 years of work experience.

2. System knowledge: ISO 9001, IATF 16949.

3. Quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Working Conditions: Workplace: Laboratory. Environment: Generally comfortable. Hazard: Minimal risk; no occupational disease hazard.
