Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays as needed
About the Company
We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in heavy-duty equipment attachments, including sideboom attachments, recovery winches, line sagging winches, hoist attachments, and related products. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process and on finished products.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Use precision measuring equipment including: Tape measures, Calipers, Micrometers & Other quality control and inspection instruments
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications on fabricated and machined components.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Complete data entry and quality reporting in company systems.
- Identify and communicate quality concerns to production and management teams.
- Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have a clean background.
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays when needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
